FroBabies will accept returns and exchanges of new, unused products within 30 days of original date of purchase. Returns and exchanges are only applicable to products ordered through FroBabies.com and not to products ordered or purchased through any other website or entity.
- All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase.
- We do not have a warehouse or inventory.
- We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
- Since we print every product when it is ordered, approved size exchanges will incur a $10 restocking fee plus shipping.

Shipment Processing Time
- Standard order processing time is 7-10 business days.
- Standard shipping time can be up to 10-21 business days after order leaves our facility.
- UPS Priority order processing time is 2-5 business days.
- UPS Priority shipping time can is approx. 3-5 business days after order leaves our facility.
- Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days after orders have been processed and shipped.
- Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any delays our USPS partners are currently experiencing regionally or nationwide.
- International orders usually take 3+ weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs/VAT processing.
- You will receive a notification email or text once your order ships.
- Please note, the tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.
Any order in the amount of $75.00 or more will receive FREE standard UPS Ground delivery.
Shipments to APO/FPO Addresses
Shipments to military locations—APO and FPO addresses—must be delivered via United States Postal Service. UPS and priority/express delivery options are unavailable.
Orders ship only on business days, which are Monday – Friday. Federal holidays within the United States are excluded.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Not all shipping methods are available for all items or shipping addresses as per U.S. Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
All expedited orders require a street address.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Orders are receivable by shipment only; no pick-up orders are available.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once you have completed your online order, you will receive an email containing confirmation of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email which confirms your shipment and contains your tracking number.
